Manager - HSE

Position Summary

Supporting the project execution team for adherence of safety management system and ensuring compliance of safety requirement at projects.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Develop safety plan for the project to achieve of safety targets for the project

Support identification and hiring of resources necessary for the implementation of safety plan

Periodically monitor and audit implementation of plans during construction phase at each level

Periodically Monitor and audit the credentials of contractor’s safety staff

Develop safety requirements for project and reviews plans when submitted by contractors

Liaise with site engineer to identify risk and potential mitigation plans related to safety during construction

Lead root-cause analysis reporting of critical incidents on site and propose mitigation plans to avoid such incidents
