Assistant Vice President - Project Execution

Position Summary

Responsible for planning and execution of Project within budget cost and time in accordance with norms/regulations; Provide guidance/suggest corrective actions to the respective team for operational excellence

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Direct, Develop and Build capabilities for the Projects Organization across specialized capabilities related to Project Management, Execution, Front Creation (Regulatory/ROW /Forest clearances), Quality/Safety/Health & Environment and Contracting.
• Develop and recommend project execution plan/schedule and deviations from approved plans. Provide guidance/ suggest corrective actions to Site Teams whenever challenges arise.
• Developing a team of project leaders capable of executing projects involving ROW and statutory clearances complexities
• Proactively identify potential problems and develop/ execute mitigation plans
• Building a culture of adherence to the international best practices relating to quality, safely, environment and health issues.
• Update schedules, estimates, forecasts, and budgets as required
