Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative operations of corporate and project offices. Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and infrastructure.
Manage office buildings, guest houses, and project accommodations. Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, pest control, and cafeteria services.
Establish and manage project site offices. Arrange accommodation, transportation, and dining facilities for employees.
Identify and onboard administrative service providers. Manage contracts for housekeeping, security, transportation, travel, and facility maintenance. Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
Ensure physical security of offices, stores, and project sites. Coordinate with security agencies. Implement visitor management systems. Conduct periodic security audits.
