Assistant Manager - Civil

Position Summary

Responsible of Overall Civil BOP activities of Wind project in timely manner with required standard of Safety and quality at site.

• Project planning and Execution of Civil BOP
• Site coordination and management
• Strong liaison with land team to get the requisite for the execution.
• Resource management
• Quality and Safety at site
• Procurement Management
• Contractor Management
• Stakeholder Management
• Monitoring and controlling
• Logistic Operation

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Responsible of Civil BOP works including Foundation of Wind turbine, site survey, Civil work in Electrical BOP works, Internal Road, Crane pad etc to Achieve contractual schedule
• Maintain high and required standard of safety at site.
• Ensure achievement of highest quality levels on site.
• Maintain and manage various stakeholder to ensure timely delivery of project.
• Team management and mentoring on site as applicable.
• Site compliance audits and checks.
• Responsible for overall management of Civil works in wind project site.
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly project status reporting as applicable

Serentica plans to install ~1500 MW of solar & wind power across multiple sites in the states of the Karnataka, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra where the company has already acquired connectivity approvals. A large part of this capacity will be used to deliver close to 600MW of round-the-clock clean energy to various entities of the Vedanta Group. The company will focus on providing direct green energy solutions to commercial and industrial customers.

Aiding India’s Decarbonization agenda

Serentica is committed to reversing climate change by decarbonizing energy-intensive industries such as Steel, Cement, Aluminium and Zinc. Industries account for over 30% of total carbon emissions. In the medium-term, Serentica aims to install 5000MW of carbon-free generation capacity coupled with different storage technologies. Eventually, it aims to supply over 15 billion units of clean energy annually and displace 20 million tonnes of CO2 emissions.
