Purpose of Role
Managing overall IDT compliances including litigations for PAN India

Position Demands
CA with post qualification experience of 1-3 years in Indirect Taxation
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Monthly and yearly compliance i.e. filing of GST Returns ( GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR 6 and GSTR 9/9C ).
- Monthly reconciliation like Input Tax Credit vis-à-vis with GSTR 2B , TDS under GST vis-à-vis GSTR 7, GL Reco.
- Filing various refunds under GST.
- Preparation of replies to GST Notices and queries received from various GST Authorities.
- Handling GST audits, litigations, assessments and proceedings initiated by GST department at various forms.
- Attend hearings across PAN India and make representation before GST Authorities.
- Lead IT automation wherever needed.
- Analysis of amendments and/or updates in the GST law and their impact.
