Assistant Manager - Internal Audit

Purpose of Role

•    Assist in developing Annual Internal Audit Plan.
•    Conduct internal audits, internal control reviews, Control Self-Assessments (CSA), Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM).

Position Demands

•    Qualified CA with 3–5 years of internal audit experience.
•    Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Proficient in SAP, advanced MS Excel, and audit/data analytics tools.
•    Exposure to Manufacturing, Renewables, EPC industries or consulting is preferred.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

•    Drive and support control automation initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and coordinating with relevant teams.
•    Assist in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities, including risk identification, assessment, and tracking of mitigation plans.
•    Coordinate with third-party internal audit partners and business process owners for timely audit execution and delivery of high-quality reports.
•    Perform data analysis using MS Excel, SAP, and audit/data analytics tools to support audit testing and generate insights.
•    Track and follow up on implementation of audit action plans to ensure timely closure.
•    Support investigation assignments and fact-finding reviews as required.
