Position Summary

To monitor ROW & Statutory issues and resolve the same along with concerned stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

The position entails comprehensive oversight and monitoring of  Right of Way (ROW) activities and statutory compliance issues, with a strong emphasis on assessing their severity, ensuring prompt resolution, and maintaining full regulatory alignment. The role includes supporting the development, understanding, and adherence to national regulations as well as requirements set forth by multilateral agencies relevant to the project. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining cost efficiency across all project operations, including effective budget planning, monitoring of expenditures, and the implementation of sound

asset management practices. As part of the organization’s governance framework, monthly internal audits must be conducted at project sites to ensure adherence to established processes and standards. Detailed audit reports are to be prepared and submitted regularly. Additionally, the role requires diligent maintenance of daily progress reports and ongoing tracking of the project’s status, specifically in relation to ROW activities and statutory approvals. The individual must be capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently, demonstrating strong organizational and timemanagement skills. This position requires flexibility with respect to work location

and demands frequent travel, as necessary to support project requirements. Should have good command of MS Excel and MS. ROW clearances to ensure delivery on time and budget. Dealing with multiple stakeholders involved in ROW and Statutory approvals.Securing orders from District Administration for the Land Compensation.Identification of risk mitigation steps and develop initiatives to set industry benchmark.
