Position Title

Head Mechanization

Position Summary

Senior leadership role responsible for developing and implementing mechanization strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and safety in transmission line and construction projects.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

•Develop and implement a comprehensive mechanization strategy aligned with business objectives.

•Provide technical guidance and oversight on transmission line and construction project.

•Well versed with the latest mechanization technologies including drone surveying, tower erection using cranes, and other innovative solutions.

•Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stake holders at CXO level

•Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing mechanization projects.

•Strong knowledge of Contracting and procurement process.

•Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading and managing teams.

Critical Success Factors - Essential

• Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably 16-20 years of experience
• Certification in PMP, PMI would be preferrable

Critical Success Factors - Desirable

• Preferably from Transmission lines and construction background
• Exposure to Mechanization process
