Purpose of Role

To support in driving strategic priorities, business performance tracking, and cross‑functional execution across Resonia’s power transmission and infrastructure projects enabling a journey from 40 thousand crores to 1 lakh crores by 2031.

Position Title

Chief Manager – CEO/MD Office

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic member to the CEO/MD office Head on priority initiatives, reviews, and decision support.
  • Drive CEO‑led programs including growth strategy, new business evaluation, and special projects.
  • Track performance of key projects (T&D, substations, complex terrain projects) and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
  • Prepare high‑quality presentations, board notes, MIS dashboards, and leadership communications.
  • Coordinate across functions (Projects, Engineering, Finance, BD, Legal, HR) to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Support stakeholder interactions, including investors, clients, joint‑venture partners, and government agencies.
  • Assist in institutional strengthening, process improvement, and governance initiatives.
