Position Title

Chief Manager - ESG

Purpose of Role

  • Design and implement a comprehensive ESG framework aligned with the company mission and business goals.

  • Identify key ESG priorities and set measurable goals for each.

  • Collaborate with investors, regulators, and industry bodies to align on ESG expectations and initiatives.

  • Engage with external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and industry bodies, to communicate the company’s ESG initiatives.

Position Summary

The role will be critical in ensuring compliance with global standards, integrating sustainable agronomy practices, managing traceability systems, and embedding environmental consciousness into core operations.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Implement the ESG strategic plan for plant Manufacturing Operations and support leadership with ESG matters.

  • Responsible for supporting the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance Management System (ESGMS).

  • Ensuring that ESG practices are integrated into the company’s daily operations and that employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to comply with ESG-related regulations and internal policies.

  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with global ESG frameworks (e.g., BRRSR, GRI, SASB, CDP, SBTi, Ecovadis, etc).

  • Lead programs to reduce carbon footprint and improve resource efficiency across supply chains.
