Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Accountability for CAPEX for projects across India except Rajasthan.
- Lead team of Site Finance Controllers to deliver on cost control, financial integrity and monthly hard close objectives.
- Facilitate and enable audit – internal and statutory for smooth closure.
- Significant process improvements are to be brought in the CAPEX controlling and bring standardization and digitization to augment productivity and decision making.
- Support Serentica Finance Controller – CAPEX in implementing top-down initiatives on process transformation and internal controls.
- Review of all month’s close activities to ensure accuracy for own portfolio.
- Business partnering and cross functional stakeholder management to enable smooth projects execution.

Serentica plans to install ~4000 MW of solar & wind power across multiple sites in the states of the Karnataka, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra where the company has already acquired connectivity approvals. A large part of this capacity will be used to deliver close to 1.8MW of round-the-clock clean energy to various entities of the Vedanta Group.
