Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, regulatory policies, and demand-supply dynamics in the power electronics sector.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking, tracking the strategies, pricing, and innovations of industry leaders.
• Identify potential acquisition targets, evaluating their market positioning, technology fit, and financial performance.
• Support M&A transactions by providing market validation, risk assessment, and synergy evaluation.
• Develop high-impact reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.Provide inputs on market entry strategies and new product development based on industry trends.
• Develop and maintain market forecasting models, providing predictive insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with corporate strategy and finance teams to assess the commercial feasibility of inorganic growth opportunities.
