Position Title
Chief Manager, CEO’s Office
Position Summary
The individual will be acting as an Internal Business Partner, who will work closely with the CEO and drive major business meetings and decision-making process. He /she is expected to participate and drive in 60-80% of the CEO’s agenda and strengthen the overall Governance framework.
Closely shadowing the CEO, the incumbent will get the firsthand exposure and experience in driving organization goals and key strategic initiatives.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Business Performance –
- Monitor Operational and Financial Performance of the Business Units
- Be part of Business Review Meetings (Bs. Excellence) & Org. related goal meetings (OKRs)
Business Governance –
- Develop and manage comprehensive governance models for Operations (drive it’s various activities such as monthly reviews, OKRs and Organizational level performance management systems (BSC) etc.,)
Business Planning and Validation –
- Drive the business planning exercise for the next Financial Year
- Validate assumptions, reforecast targets and design action plans to achieve goals
Strategy –
- Analyse the cost of each action to be taken during a process to predict the viability of the process to be implemented in our system
Financial Acumen –
- Analyse the opportunities and risks the company has, with the goal of maximising the profitability of the business unit.

- Post Graduation - Tier 1 Institute
- -Deep understanding of the Business
- -10-14+ years of experience in a mix of Strategy, Project Management AND Finance background with exposure to extensive Market Research
- Extensive experience of dealing with C-Level Executives
- Well rounded mature individual
