Position Summary

To support the survey activity, planning and act as a key member for finalization transmission line routes, ROW, substation and solar boundary etc.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• End to end management of survey process for various Transmission Line and PSS Distribution projects using latest technologies.
• Adhere to guidelines, SOPs and estimation methodologies for Surveying and Clearances.
• Plan as per the survey scope in consultation with bidding team depending upon the project complexities. Listing of key essential and desired information for risk assessment and mitigation plan. Analysing survey results in all possible manner to arrive at optimised BOQ.
• Exploring of new and innovative Survey technology (Drone, Lidar etc) to continuously improve timeline and efficiency of survey process, quality and accuracy of information gathering.
• Effectively coordinate with various partners for various surveys, soil investigation, RoW assessment etc.
• Collate all survey results and produce the best route/alignment for the Transmission package in consideration; Output to be used for BoQ estimation

Serentica Renewables is a renewable energy generator that enables energy-intensive industries transition to a clean energy future. We provide assured, firm renewable energy (RE) by developing, operating, and dispatching greenfield solar, wind, energy storage with balancing solutions.

Serentica plans to install ~1500 MW of solar & wind power across multiple sites in the states of the Karnataka, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra where the company has already acquired connectivity approvals. A large part of this capacity will be used to deliver close to 600MW of round-the-clock clean energy to various entities of the Vedanta Group. The company will focus on providing direct green energy solutions to commercial and industrial customers.

Aiding India’s Decarbonization agenda

Serentica is committed to reversing climate change by decarbonizing energy-intensive industries such as Steel, Cement, Aluminium and Zinc. Industries account for over 30% of total carbon emissions. In the medium-term, Serentica aims to install 5000MW of carbon-free generation capacity coupled with different storage technologies. Eventually, it aims to supply over 15 billion units of clean energy annually and displace 20 million tonnes of CO2 emissions.
