Purpose of Role
The Manager – FM & Ops provides executive, administrative and development support to the FM Function

Position Demands
- Bachelor’s Degree / Hotel mgmt.
- 10 Years experience of managing FM, events & travel in a large organisation
- Must possess strong skills in being able to prepare PowerPoint presentations & excel MIS
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
FM, Admin
• Managing all activities related to facility mgmt. like soft services, frontdesk ops, lunch services, pantry services, meeting rooms, courier, stationery, soft services, facility mgmt. at HO, plants
• Maintaining cleaning schedule as per FM partner plan- daily, weekly, quarterly
• Monthly review meeting with FM partner along with COE team
• Act as a bridge between FM partner & internal customer
• Evaluate monthly SLAs of FM partner
• Partner with commercial team for any modifications in the contract agreement
• Travel Management of incoming and outgoing staff
• All FM/ Admin related vendor mgmt., invoice processing
• Managing blue-collar HK staff attendance, discipline, grooming
• Managing activities towards employee engagement
• Quarterly internal customer feedback CSAT on Food, Housekeeping, travel
• Project admin support for vehicles, guest houses, offices (shortlisting, selecting, on-boarding, oprns. & termination)
Events & Engagement
• Managing & organizing company events (off-sites, internal, external, residential, festivities)
• Managing event related tasks like printing, procurement (trophies, certificates, mementos etc)
