Manager - ROW
Position Summary
To monitor ROW issues and resolve the same along with concerned stakeholders.
Position Demands

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Overall monitoring of ROW (Right of Way) issues based on severity and its resolution, Support for Develop and meet requirements of National and Multilateral requirements, Maintain Cost efficiency, Budgets planning and asset management
- ROW clearances to ensure project delivery on time and budget.
- Deal with District Administration for resolution of critical ROW issues and handling Legal issues pertaining to ROW in Lines.
- Managing Local ROW issues pertaining to land owners, farmers and related parties.
- Securing orders from District Administration for the Land Compensation
- Drive monitoring of ROW performance metrics, reporting of metrics to project mgmt./senior mgmt. team and identification of risk mitigation steps and develop initiatives to set industry benchmark

Serentica plans to install ~1500 MW of solar & wind power across multiple sites in the states of the Karnataka, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra where the company has already acquired connectivity approvals. A large part of this capacity will be used to deliver close to 600MW of round-the-clock clean energy to various entities of the Vedanta Group. The company will focus on providing direct green energy solutions to commercial and industrial customers.
Serentica is committed to reversing climate change by decarbonizing energy-intensive industries such as Steel, Cement, Aluminium and Zinc. Industries account for over 30% of total carbon emissions. In the medium-term, Serentica aims to install 5000MW of carbon-free generation capacity coupled with different storage technologies. Eventually, it aims to supply over 15 billion units of clean energy annually and displace 20 million tonnes of CO2 emissions.
