Position Summary

 

The role will be a part of the Project Monitoring team with the primary responsibility of ensuring project success by supporting PMO Leader and Project Manager across all stages of capital projects which will be primarily Solar, Wind and Hybrid Projects.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

 

  • Prepare integrated project plans on MS Projects/ Primavera across different projects by defining interdependencies, clearly identifying activities, milestones and resources, as well as the critical path; review of L2/L3 look-ahead plans; guidance on catch-up plan
  • Identify and report critical path, key insights at periodic intervals as per review plans & other requirements
  • Understand and evaluate detailed work breakdown schedules (WBS) across different projects and support project teams to define WBS as required
  • Enable Project Monitoring Lead and project teams for delivery of project within schedule, budget, quality and EHS standards
  • Ensure adherence to project SOP’s and EHS guidelines and governance on the projects.
  • Identify key risks to milestones based on project progress inputs and historical data
  • Prepare and analyse cost, schedule forecasts; Identify and plan corrective action for deviations from the plan
  • Track and monitor project activities for early issue identification, mid-course corrections and timely escalations of issues
  • Determine the reporting needs of the project stakeholders
  • Provide key metrics and relevant information for progress reporting
  • Use digital PMO tools for project planning, and analytics
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure planned delivery

Eventually, it aims to supply over 15 billion units of clean energy annually and displace 20 million tonnes of CO2 emissions.
