Assistant Manager - O&M

Position Summary

-Ensuring smooth operation & maintenance of Sub-Station

-Internal & external Stakeholder management for successful commissioning of the Sub-Stations and smooth operation & maintenance of the same.

-Co-ordination with RLDC/NLDC/CTU/Other Transmission Licensees/Other Substation sites

-Monitoring for proper execution of Sub-Station Equipment including STATCOM viz. Erection, Testing & Commissioning

-Timely raising the red flags for improper execution and ensuring the rectification of the same through respective stakeholder

-Ensure regular operations & maintenance of Sub-Station Equipment, on need basis.

-Failure analysis of major breakdown and testing as per standard practices and procedures.

-Hands on experience for Scheme checking, Primary Equipment Testing for AIS & GIS Equipment including Transformer & Reactor, CB, CT/CVT, etc.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

He is accountable for resource mobilization planning and deployment of the same.

He is responsible for the analysis of Risks & Opportunities and implementation of the action plan (mitigation / exploitation) with appropriate approval.

He is accountable for timely MIS reporting related to Project execution activities

He is also responsible for condition monitoring of the Sub-Station Equipment and regular operation & maintenance of the same.

He is accountable for raising red flags for improper site execution and ensuring the timely rectification of the same through respective stakeholders.
