Manager - Nodel Agencies
Position Summary
Provide administrative support for Permits and Approvals of RE Business. The incumbent should be capable of identifying, understanding and obtaining permits and approvals in line with requirements of the projects. He will be responsible obtaining necessary permits and approvals for RE projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing relationship with Govt. and Nodal Agencies.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Review project plans and specifications to identify permits and approvals.
- Identify regulatory requirements of project.
- Review of Land Acquisition Plans Policies and Legal Frameworks
- Identifying risks and proposing mitigation steps to safeguard company’s interest into permits and approvals function particularly with State RE Nodal Agencies
- Preparation and submit permits application to respective Govt./ nodal agencies
- Co-ordination with land team, PMO, Finance Team and other internal stake holder for the project registration with the respective Govt./ nodal agencies
- Ensure project comply with regulatory requirements.
- Co-ordinate inspection and site visits of Govt./ Nodal Agencies.
- Address and resolve inspection issues.
- Build and maintain relationship with Govt./ Nodal Agencies.
- Communicate project status and resolve issues.
- Maintain records of permits, approvals and inspection.
- Prepare and submit reports on permits and approvals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
