Position Summary
To monitor end to end Project Execution, Row issues, Administration Coordination
Position Demands
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Managing accounts payable of project for timely payment to suppliers & contractors.
- Managing receivables of Project and timely Collection from customer (SPV) as per Contractual Terms.
- Managing timely RoW & statutory compliance payments of Projects.
- Controlling over release of Purchase and Work Orders, verifying the proposal and quotations.
- Adherence to payments and other contract terms, maintaining Bank Guarantees and Insurance Tracker.
- Maintaining Contract Wise Track Sheet of EPC Contractors, Control over executed and balance work as per contract.
- Interacting and working closely with Cross functions.
- Actively involved in month end closing, quarterly and year end closing & preparation of financial statements.
- Ensuring accounting & payments as per SOA, SOP and Policies of the organization.
- Works closely with Statutory & internal auditors, involved in clearance of Pre-Audit & Post Audit Reports,
