Position Summary
Lead Resonia’s growth and business development—especially intra-state transmission—by shaping policy, unlocking strategic opportunities, and building senior government/utility relationships. Convert market intelligence into a qualified, winnable pipeline, architect consortiums/partnerships, and steer EOIs/RFQs/RFPs to secure project wins that lift portfolio IRR
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Intra-state expansion: Design and execute a state-by-state go-to-market; map decision makers across Energy Depts., SERCs, SLDCs, and transcos
- Policy & advocacy: Influence TBCB adoption/SBDs, ROW frameworks, and payment-security norms to unlock addressable demand and ease execution
- Alliances & partnerships: Build OEM/EPC, investor, and state-level partner ecosystems to strengthen technical/commercial credentials
- Portfolio shaping: Prioritize corridors/substation opportunities that meet IRR/risk guardrails; avoid value-dilutive bids via disciplined screening
- Policy navigation: Analyze regulations/notifications; draft representations and industry responses; secure enabling decisions
- PPP/concession design: Shape risk allocation, performance standards, tenure, and payment-security; assess InvIT/recycling pathways
- Qualification & bidding: Lead EOIs/RFQs/RFPs; craft submissions that integrate technical, commercial, ESG, and execution narratives
- Commercial & contract strategy: Form and negotiate consortiums/teaming agreements; align bankability and price-to-win with Finance/Legal
Position Demands
Travel to state capitals, ministries/regulators, utilities, and partner offices
