Sales Associate
Position Summary
Responsible for driving the Customer Billing and credit control, Cash Collections and ensuring process compliances
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Complete ownership of Customers timely and accurate billing throughout the Customer lifecycle as per contract/MSA.
- maintaindigital repository of MSAs/NFAs and all allied documentation
- Ensure digitization of billing processes by collaborating with IT and Finance teams and adopt best practices prevalent in the industry.
- Drive Capex & OPEX optimisation initiatives by working along with BU head and internal teams
- Undertake Process and statutory compliances like GST filing and participate in audits at BU and company level
- Periodic meetings and Relationship with customer finance teams for smooth receivables
Critical Success Factors - Essential
- Experience : > 5 years of relevant experience in Telecom Billing and receivables management with B2B Customers preferravly Large wholesale carriers and ISPs and telecom operators
- Education : BCOM or MBA in finance/Operations
- Travel: As and when required
