Position Summary

Responsible for driving the Customer Billing and credit control, Cash Collections and ensuring process compliances

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Complete ownership of Customers timely and accurate billing throughout the Customer lifecycle as per contract/MSA.
• maintaindigital repository of MSAs/NFAs and all allied documentation
• Ensure digitization of billing processes by collaborating with IT and Finance teams and adopt best practices prevalent in the industry.
• Drive Capex & OPEX optimisation initiatives by working along with BU head and internal teams
• Undertake Process and statutory compliances like GST filing and participate in audits at BU and company level
• Periodic meetings and Relationship with customer finance teams for smooth receivables

Critical Success Factors - Essential

• Experience : > 5 years of relevant  experience in Telecom Billing and receivables management with B2B Customers preferravly Large wholesale carriers and ISPs and telecom operators
• Education : BCOM or MBA in finance/Operations
• Travel: As and when required
