Position Demands
• Position / Job Title: Chief Manager – Compliance and Legal
• Reporting: AVP - Legal
• Location: Mumbai
• Experience 12-15 Years of relevant experience
• Qualification CS or LLB / LLM
• Must have working knowledge and expertise in running compliance tool for larger organisations with various units
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
• Ensuring complainces at all project site, plant, corporate
• Ensuring monitoring and reporting of compliances on momthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Development and implementation of Legal Risk Management Module (LRMM) in collaboration with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) including tracking of complainces through Avacom, Enforce and similar compliance software system
• Identification, assessment and reporting to Board on all risks with respect to complainces
• Conducting compliance committee meetings, doing follow ups and getting compalinces doen on ground
• Maintaning tarcker for non-compalinces and taking steps to resolve non complainces
• Coordinating, managing external and internal audits for complainces and legal tools
• Assessment and analysis of financial exposure of non complainces
