Manager - FP&A

Purpose of Role

1. Monthly Management reporting of Sterlite Group Consolidated Level, BS, P&L, Cash flow and BSC etc (MIS reporting format) with PPT reporting
2. Monthly Management reporting of Sterlite Group Corporate Level, BS, P&L and Cash flow etc (MIS reporting format) with PPT reporting
3. Preparation of Quarterly and Annual Board Deck with MIS and Statutory FS (reconciliation must).
4. Preparation of Annual Operating Plan of Fixed cost of Corporate and consolidation of AOP of all other BU for Group Reporting to management with PPT reporting

Position Demands

CA with 4-6 years of relevant experience of Core FP&A
Advance Excel proficiency, Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI
Financial Modelling skills
PPT proficiency
Good Cross functional and interpersonal Skills
SAP Knowledge
Knowledge of Business Process wrt FP&A
Strict Timelines discipline, Ability to work under pressure
Preferably from Mumbai (not mandatory)

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

1. Tracking of AOP on monthly basis of SG&A of all Department and sending MIS with all department
2. Financial modelling skill - Ability to create, modify and comprehend financial models for business case evaluations, capital investments and strategic decision-making.
3. Curiosity to understand the business model, value drivers, industry trends, and competitive landscape with the ability to perform peer benchmarking
4.  Providing support to corporate Finance verticals for providing Internal Order (IO) (Budget) as per AOP for recording their Invoices, issuance of PO etc.
5. Providing input to Corporate Finance team towards allocation of Corporate expense on monthly basis
