Position Summary

Leading the team

Implementing best practices to achieve the Quality & Safety requirements as per SPTL standard. Timely MIS Reporting

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

1. Assistant Vice President - Substation is nominated In-charge of Resonia for the Project site and made accountable for completion of the Projects within budgeted cost & time.
2. He is also responsible for all the stakeholders’ management, be it internal or external like EPC agencies, Government Statutory bodies, other TSPs (in case of bay extension), etc.
3. He is accountable for regular monitoring of site execution and maintaining quality & safety requirements at site as per set QHSE standard.
4. He is responsible for the analysis of Risks & Opportunities and implementation of the action plan (mitigation / exploitation) with appropriate approval.
5. He is accountable for any deviations / changes taken by contracting agencies and ensure implementation of proper change control process for the same.
6. He is accountable for timely MIS reporting related to Project execution activities

Critical Success Factors - Essential

1. B.E in Electrical
2. Min. 18 years’ Experience of On-Site execution of Substations Construction or Project Management

Critical Success Factors - Desirable

1. Qualified from reputed Institutions in INDIA
2. 220 KV and above GIS & AIS
