Position Summary

Subject position reports directly to the Project Director of the respective project.

A Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager in transmission projects is responsible for planning, executing, and managing CSR initiatives that align with the company’s social and environmental goals. The role involves working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the organization’s transmission projects contribute positively to the communities and environments they impact.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

1. CSR Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement CSR strategies specifically tailored to transmission projects, focusing on sustainable development, community engagement, and environmental stewardship.

• Ensure that all CSR activities align with corporate objectives, local regulations, and the needs of the communities where transmission projects are located.

2. Community Engagement & Development:

• Identify and engage with local communities affected by transmission projects.

• Design and execute programs that improve the socio-economic conditions of these communities, such as education, healthcare, infrastructure, and skill development.

• Facilitate public consultations to understand community concerns and address them in project plans.
