Assistant Manager - Finance

Purpose of Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager with Ownership and to control end-to-end cost as per budget & its variance for the BU MIS reporting ensuring accurate and timely report-out. Experienced in financial reporting, controllership. The candidate should have the drive and energy to drive change and willing to learn new things and should be flexible to support the larger team as required

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Month end closing for Finance and Business
  • CFO deck with all analysis against the AOPvs RP vs Est.
  • Operation review, business review with senior management.
  • Coordination for IA-GC finalisation for product business
  • Zoho, CCM, FMI, CM, closure.
  •  IA observation & exco/Audit committee Deck.
  • Business finance analysis.
  • Gross Margin analysis
  • New business costing.
  • Cost Control
  • Statutory Audit, Internal Process Audit
  • Audit ,Compliance & Governance.
  • Closely Work with Operation team,SCM & other function to control the cost
