Position Summary
Looking for an experienced Construction Head to manage the complete construction and execution of EHV transmission lines and Substations.

- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in EHV transmission line construction and Knowledge of Substation construction.
- Must have successfully commissioned at least 2–3 end‑to‑end transmission line projects.
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to operate in a professionally ethical and transparent manner.
- Proven experience in managing contractors, resolving RoW issues, and interfacing with government authorities
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
1. Project & Construction Management
- Lead and manage complete construction and execution of EHV transmission lines and Substations within approved timelines and budgets.
2. Statutory Clearances
- Responsible for Regulatory permissions and clearances like PTCC (Power and Telecommunication Coordination Committee), National Highway (NHAI) and State Highways Crossings, Railway Crossings, Power Line Crossings (PLC) – PGCIL, State Utilities, Civil Aviation, Defence Aviation, Inland Waterways, River Crossings.
3. Internal and External Stakeholder Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with district administration, government authorities, and local stakeholders.
4. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Provide leadership on all HSE matters across project sites, ensuring strict compliance with organizational and statutory safety standards..
5. Quality Assurance
- Ensure all construction activities meet company quality standards, project specifications, and engineering requirements.

Eventually, it aims to supply over 15 billion units of clean energy annually and displace 20 million tonnes of CO2 emissions.
