Position Summary

 

  • Planning & Monitoring of Pooling Sub-station Construction activities at site
  • On time completion of Projects
  • Implementation of innovative ideas for cost & time optimization
  • Internal & external stakeholders management
  • Leading the EPC
  • Implementing best practices to achieve the Quality & Safety requirements as per SRIPL standard.
  • Timely MIS Reporting along with identification of risks and mitigation actions

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

 

  • The person is nominated In-charge of SRIPL for the Project site and made accountable for completion of the Projects within budgeted cost & time.
  • He is also responsible for all the stakeholder’s management, be it internal or external like EPC agencies, Government Statutory bodies, other TSPs (in case of bay extension), etc.
  • He is accountable for regular monitoring of site execution and maintaining quality & safety requirements at site as per set QHSE standard.
  • He is responsible for the analysis of Risks & Opportunities and implementation of the action plan (mitigation / exploitation) with appropriate approval.
  • He is accountable for any deviations / changes taken by contracting agencies and ensure implementation of proper change control process for the same.
  • He is accountable for timely MIS reporting related to Project execution activities.
  • He is accountable for all the commissioning activities, coordination with EPC partner and OEMs.

Serentica plans to install ~1500 MW of solar & wind power across multiple sites in the states of the Karnataka, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra where the company has already acquired connectivity approvals. A large part of this capacity will be used to deliver close to 600MW of round-the-clock clean energy to various entities of the Vedanta Group. Serentica is committed to reversing climate change by decarbonizing energy-intensive industries such as Steel, Cement, Aluminium and Zinc. Industries account for over 30% of total carbon emissions. In the medium-term, Serentica aims to install 5000MW of carbon-free generation capacity coupled with different storage technologies. Eventually, it aims to supply over 15 billion units of clean energy annually and displace 20 million tonnes of CO2 emissions.
