Position Title

Assistant Manager - Stores

Purpose of Role

To lead monitoring of Raw Material stock, stores & spares stock trend as per plan Min - Max Levels.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Handling entire project operation (Civil + Electrical + Mechanical)
  • Ensuring effective material handling, receipt, and safe storage at site.
  • Ensuring proper material issuance, reconciliation, and documentation.
  • Maintaining proper store records/ledgers, GRN records etc.
  • Timely requisition of materials required to maintain stock level. 
  • Adherence to project schedule. (Planning the Daily Activity, PM planning etc.
  • Developing control mechanism on material entry/exit formalities.
  • Match goods received with delivery notes/packing list/challan from suppliers. 
  • Man, Machine, Material Handling.
  • Ensuring materials are stored in accordance with safety guidelines.
  • Ensure inventory as per norms.
  • Troubleshooting of Automated Machines & Troubleshooting
  • Basic Automation – Knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical Systems.
