Position Title
Manager - Electrical
Purpose of Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Manager – Electrical Maintenance to lead efforts in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of production machinery and electrical systems within our EHV cable manufacturing facility.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical maintenance activities for continuous and batch manufacturing processes.
- Drive improvements in equipment reliability and operational safety.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
Critical Success Factors - Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance role within a metal, cable, or wire manufacturing plant.
- Strong technical knowledge of Electrical, and instrumentation systems used in cable manufacturing.
- Mandatory experience with VCV (Vertical Continuous Vulcanization) lines.
- Valid RSO (Radiation Safety Officer) certification.
- Proven ability to manage maintenance teams and ensure compliance with safety standards
