Position Summary

To ensure efficient production planning and control through accurate capacity planning, raw material forecasting, coordination with cross-functional teams, and timely execution of plans to meet production and delivery targets.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Daily, Monthly & Yearly Machine Capacity Planning
  Updated machine loading plans with 95%+ utilization and visibility for resource optimization.
• Day-wise Production Planning
  Achieving 100% adherence to daily production schedules.
• Monthly & +4 Months Raw Material Plan to SCM
  On-time submission of raw material forecasts with less than 5% deviation from actual requirements.
• Material Readiness Plan to Quality & Dispatch Team
  Ensure 100% material readiness as per production and dispatch schedule.
• Cross-Functional Coordination (S&OP, SCM, Quality, Logistics, Finance, etc.)
  Timely closure of S&OP and alignment with stakeholders; zero delay due to miscommunication.
• Achievement of Daily Production Plan & Planned RM Receipt
  Minimum 95% adherence to plan and zero downtime due to material unavailability.
• Timely Production Entry in SAP
  100% data entry compliance with no backlog or delay.
